Document Management is part of Task Tracker. Documents can be on your network OR hosted by someone else.

Task Tracker is part of both Sales and Listings. Multiple electronic documents can be linked to a sale or listing and be viewed. You can create Task Templates to ensure that documents are completed for different types of transactions. For example, you could have a different task/document list for listings, sales, rentals, leases, and the like. Tasks, and documents, can have due dates and their completion noted. When WebAgent™ is deployed, your agents can also view the documents from your intranet/internet site. Everything is secure and you control the document storage.
