Document Management is part of Task Tracker. Documents can be on your network OR hosted by someone else.
Task Tracker is part of both Sales and Listings. Multiple electronic documents can be linked to a sale or listing and be viewed.
You can create Task Templates to ensure that documents are completed for different types of
transactions. For example, you could have a different task/document list for listings, sales, rentals, leases, and the like.
Tasks, and documents, can have due dates and their completion noted. When WebAgent is deployed, your agents can also
view the documents from your intranet/internet site. Everything is secure and you control the document storage.
Task Tracker and Document Storage let you:
- Store an unlimited number of electronic documents and link them to your site
- Control the document storage -- no need to pay for an outside service
- Link to other websites / file locations
- Track whether you have received a required document
- Allow your agents access to the electronic file (security access enforced)
- Create user defined document/task checklists:
- Set tasks to optionally be required
- Set days until due
- Import tasks into sales transaction
- Modify list for transaction if required
- Hyperlink to documents stored on your network or the internet
- Report and filter on All, Complete, or Incomplete tasks
- WebAgent reporting on Overdue, Pending, Open, Closed, Failed and All tasks
